For The Edited Version, the focus wasn't on visuals, it was about visibility. Their Shopify store looked great but couldn't be found. I stepped in to optimise speed and fully rework their SEO foundation. From product tags to collection structure, I made sure they could be discovered by name, item, location, and category — bringing their store out of the dark and into search results.
DEVELOPMENT
The Edited Version's Shopify site was reworked under the hood to perform as well as it looked. I cleaned up the code, reduced third-party bloat, and optimised image delivery for faster load times. At the same time, I implemented structured SEO across products, collections, and metadata — turning a slow, hard-to-find store into a fast, search-optimised experience that ranks and converts.
PROBLEMS
The pre-loved fashion space is competitive, especially when targeting style-conscious buyers online. Without strong SEO, The Edited Version was struggling to surface against bigger retailers and marketplaces. Their site had great design, but low discoverability meant missed traffic, weak search visibility, and fewer conversions.
