- All other applicable intellectual property legislation
1.2 Steelzz Development asserts its moral rights as the author and creator of all original works pursuant to Chapter IV of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
2. Restrictions on Use
2.1 Except as expressly permitted by this Notice or by prior written consent from Steelzz Development, you shall not:
- Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or replicate any part of the Website or its content
- Distribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or make available to the public any content from the Website by any means
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any content or code

3. Limited Licence for Personal Use
3.1 Subject to your compliance with this Notice and our Terms of Service, Steelzz Development grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Access and view the Website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only
- Print or download individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained
3.2 This licence does not permit:
- Any commercial use or exploitation of the Website or its content
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
- Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
3.3 Steelzz Development reserves the right to revoke this licence at any time without notice if you breach any provision of this Notice.
4. Client Deliverables and Transfer of Rights
4.1 Where Steelzz Development has been engaged to create bespoke deliverables (including but not limited to websites, applications, designs, branding, or code) for a Client pursuant to a written agreement:
- All intellectual property rights in such deliverables shall remain the exclusive property of Steelzz Development until such time as the Client has paid all fees and charges in full
- Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the deliverables solely for the Client's internal business purposes as set out in the relevant agreement
- Such licence does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the deliverables
4.2 Steelzz Development retains the right to:
- Reuse, repurpose, or adapt non-client-specific components, frameworks, libraries, code structures, development techniques, and methodologies in future projects
- Incorporate generic design patterns, functional modules, or utility scripts into our internal library or toolset
- Retain copyright in all underlying code, architecture, and intellectual property created by Steelzz
4.3 The scope of any licence granted to a Client shall be set out in the relevant service agreement or statement of work. In the event of any conflict between such agreement and this Notice, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail.
5. Portfolio Rights and Public Display
5.1 Steelzz Development reserves the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:
- Display, reproduce, and publish completed projects, designs, websites, applications, branding assets, and case studies in our public portfolio
- Use project materials in marketing materials, social media, presentations, pitches, and promotional campaigns
- Reference clients and projects in testimonials, reviews, and business development activities
5.2 Clients may request confidentiality or exclusion from our portfolio by notifying us in writing prior to the commencement of the project. Such requests are subject to acceptance at Steelzz's sole discretion and may affect project pricing.
5.3 Where reasonably practicable, Steelzz shall include a discreet attribution or credit link (e.g., "Designed by Steelzz Development" or "Built by Steelzz") in the footer or colophon of client websites unless contractually waived in writing.
6. Third-Party Content and Licensed Assets
6.1 The Website and deliverables created by Steelzz may incorporate third-party content, assets, libraries, or software licensed under their respective terms and conditions. Such third-party content includes, but is not limited to:
- Typography and web fonts (e.g., Google Fonts, licensed under the SIL Open Font License)
- Animations and motion graphics (e.g., Creattie, used under commercial licence)
- Open-source libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, licensed under MIT or similar licences)
- Stock photography, icons, or illustrations (licensed from third-party providers)
6.2 All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used by Steelzz Development in accordance with the applicable licence terms. Steelzz does not claim ownership of such third-party content.
6.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, images, text, or assets they provide to Steelzz for use in a project are either:
- Owned by the Client and free from third-party rights; or
- Licensed for use in the manner contemplated by the project
Clients indemnify Steelzz against any claims arising from the use of Client-supplied materials.
7. Trade Marks and Branding
7.1 The following marks, names, and branding elements are trade marks or service marks of Steelzz Development:
- "Steelzz Development"
- "Steelzz"
- The Steelzz logo and all variations thereof
- Any other trade marks, service marks, or branding used by Steelzz in connection with its business
7.2 These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Steelzz Development, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Steelzz.
7.3 All other trade marks, service marks, company names, and logos appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
8. Reporting Copyright Infringement
8.1 If you believe that any content on this Website or any work created by Steelzz Development infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you must notify us in writing at:

9.1 Whilst Steelzz Development operates primarily under UK law, we recognize and will comply with valid takedown requests issued under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 ("DMCA") where applicable.
9.2 Counter-notifications may be submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the DMCA or equivalent UK legislation. Steelzz reserves the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material pending investigation and resolution of any claim.
10. Enforcement of Rights
10.1 Steelzz Development actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of our copyrighted materials will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.2 Persons or entities found to have infringed Steelzz's copyright or other intellectual property rights may be subject to:
- Injunctive relief (orders to cease infringing activities)
- Claims for damages, including compensatory and, where applicable, statutory damages
- Claims for account of profits derived from the infringement
- Legal costs and expenses
- Criminal prosecution where the infringement constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law
10.3 Steelzz reserves the right to issue cease-and-desist letters, file complaints with relevant authorities, initiate DMCA takedown procedures, and commence civil or criminal proceedings as deemed appropriate.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
11.1 Whilst Steelzz Development strives to ensure that all content on the Website is accurate, complete, and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
